2022 WILSON Wyangala Cod Classic Winners!

Dubbo boys Nathan Walsh and Ben Wiseman from Team A Can A Cast have taken home the winners check @ this year’s Wilson Fishing Wyangala Cod Classic. The boys landed 5 fish in total with their best 2 coming in at 1075mm and 1040mm. Both fish were caught in the early morning hours as the bait started to move up on the shallows with Jackall Australia Gigantarels, Gantarels and Gantias proving to be the winning combinations. Much deserved guys. You have fished them for a good few years now and was great to see you both breakthrough for the win. Congratulations 
The ever-consistent Team Skeers Boys featuring Mitch, Nathan and Garry Skeers finished up in 2nd place with their best 2 Cod going 1830mm.
The boys fished mainly up the Abercrombie arm of the dam targeting active feeding Cod with Megabass Magdrafts. Once again proving very hard to beat. Congratulation guys. 
Team Go Get The Dogs comprising James McIntyre and Steven Porter cracked a couple of good ones over the weekend launching them into 3rd place.
In a very strong field and competing against some of the best Cod fishos in the country it was a fantastic achievement. Great to see the boys up the pointy end. Well done lads.
